Having recently purchased my 4th Jeep from Dave Dickinson at Metro, I cannot say enough good things about the ease of the purchase process w these folks. Dave and the team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient w questions. The process of buying a car from Metro is always a breeze, I wouldn't choose another dealer.
Just bought a 30,000 dollar truck from this people . Truck had no ac , a bad wheel bearing and all 4 shocks were bad cause the frame to rub . I took the truck home with the promise that it will be taken care of the fallowing week . 2 weeks went by , I ended up calling them because they never did . After that they gave me an appointment 3 weeks away . I submitted a survey regarding my experience, in the less the 5 min the called me back to get the truck in the next day. The day I took it in , they called me in the afternoon saying that they not replacing the shocks because is not a safety issue. So basically they will sell cars however as long as they pass safety inspection. I understand is an used truck but is a 30,000 dollar truck and is not fair to pay that much money for a truck with that many issues . And now they don’t want to fix it

If you’re looking for a vehicle, just do yourself a favor and head to Metro and ask for Steve Longey. He’s been selling cars for over three decades and will give you an easy, no-hassle experience. The whole team there is very friendly, courteous and professional, and took great care of me as I drove nearly 200mi round trip to purchase my vehicle there. A top-notch experience from a top-notch dealer.
I have never ever written written a review before, but my experience here was just so poor, I felt the need to share. I brought my jeep in because I was having engine issues. They took over a week just to look at it, and did not update me at all. At first they said they would look at it the next day, then a week later on Thursday, then Friday, and then finally the following Monday. Furthermore, once it was diagnosed, they never called me back about an updated trade-in value, and I had to hassle them for another week. I ended up taking it somewhere else that fixed it quicker and cheaper. I would not at all recommend unless you like poor customer service and zero communication skills.
I seriously wish I could make this 0 stars. A couple years down the line since I purchased my car here and today I find they sold me the car without a spare. The headache of buying a vehicle here just keeps pounding. When I initially bought my car from them, two months later I needed a brand new transmission which cost $4,000 to replace. They were of NO help to rectify the issue. Used car or not, they supposedly “thoroughly check” your vehicle before you’re able to drive it home. With the amount of metal shavings that were in the transmission, there was NO WAY they checked to ensure the transmission passed inspection before sending it my way. I will never not share my experience with this dealership, they couldn’t care less about you or the vehicle you’re purchasing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
I have a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan modified for a wheelchair, they gave great service. Got a transmission flush filter and fill, power steering flush and fill, and break fluid flush and fill. They did a excellent job and very reasonable price... My transmission doesn't bump when shifting anymore....
